IT Business Analyst Lead at New Orleans

Job Description

I am looking for an IT Business Analyst Lead for a Direct Hire position in Belle Chase, LA. (New Orleans area; Relocation assistance provided). This person must have at least 2+ years experience working as a lead to a team of other Business Analysts. Knowledge of working in a Manufacturing and SAP environment preferred. The IT Business Analyst actively engages the business to understand business requirements for IT solutions, acquires and maintains a strong functional knowledge of business processes, builds partnerships with business end users, and provides support of IT solution delivery. They will also:

Experience supporting an SAP environment in the Energy, Chemical, Manufacturing, Drug sector desirable

Possess a good understanding of Project Management principles, tools and methodologies

8-10 years of Business Analyst experience

2+ years prior experience in an IT Supervisory role

BA required

Travel up to 20%
