Job Description

Sr. Community Marketing Agent The primary purpose of this position is to solicit prospective guests in hotel lobbies, booths or other designated locations while providing signature concierge service. To qualify them to assure that they meet the guidelines for the sales presentation; if qualified, run 100% of all customers through the ACS system for scoring, invite them to attend a vacation ownership presentation at the Wyndham Avenue Plaza Resortand register them properly. All of this while maintaining Wyndham legendary commitment to excellent service.

Follow qualification guidelines as established by company such as annual income,spousal attendance, ASC scoring, possession of credit cards, etc.

Providing guidance, training and assistance to other marketing agents to aid them in increasing their personal tour production.

Visit each CMP location at the end of each shift to motivate and inspire team members

Provide assistance to the shift leader and/or department leaders in organizing new locations, starting shifts, bringing supplies to locations, etc.

Demonstrate best practices for qualifying, booking, manifesting and confirming tour bookings

Assisting the CMP Manager, supervisor and/or Director of Marketing as directed in an effort to make a positive impact on the marketing staff, locations and department development.

Assist marketing agents with the sale of Face to Face Package sales.

Job Requirements

High school diploma, or equivalent, with typically more then (1) years of related work experience
