Please review the below summary, responsibilities, and qualifications for this position.Summary:Develop and manage the F&M Project Controls department.Responsibilities:Prepares and directs the implementation of scheduling and cost accounting methods and activities. Oversees the scheduling and cost control systems, manages and interprets scheduling and cost audits, and prepares scheduling and cost accounting reports for presentation to top management. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas or regions through Senior Managers. Deploys resources to achieve financial and business objectives across multiple functional areas. Leverages relationships with key internal/external customers to support business needs. Identifies business issues that may impact organizational results. Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems that cross functional lines. Develops business plans to achieve functional or cross-functional objectives. Negotiates with and /influences customers and/or organizational leadership to set priorities and solidify relationships. Applies expertise to create financial and operational solutions that apply across multiple functional areas.Qualifications/Competencies/Experience:Bachelors Degree in relevant field.Previous supervisory experience10+ years relevant experience.Job Requirements
