We are actively recruiting for sales and customer orientedindividuals for Department Manager roles within locations across our organization.
As a Department Manager at Office Depot, you provide key support toStore Management in driving the overall customer service and sales culturewithin the store. You recognize thevalue of enthusiasm for building authentic and meaningful relationships withcustomers through solution selling. Additionally, your desire to lead, coach and mentor others would driveyour promotional success in this role. You would be an Office Depot brand ambassador, and recognize that theexperiences you are personally creating differentiate us from other retailers!
Because of the importance of your contribution, we take your trainingand development seriously. Our goal isto prepare you for your transition into progressive leadership roles within ourenterprise. You can expect to be cross-trained in all core areas ofresponsibility within the store, on a rotational basis, to broaden yourknowledge and expand your skill set. Additionally, we will empower you by teaching you how to sell oursolutions through all our channels whether in-store or online.

Job Requirements
This level of management should have a High School diploma or GED and/or2-3 years of supervisory experienced in a sales driven, customer centricenvironment. This can also come from relevant college related experience.Department Managers will work a varied work schedule as business dictates.
