Job Classification: Contract Aerotek is currently hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Associate in a Pharmaceutical Lab.Location: Shreveport, LouisianaPay: Based on experience and interviewDuration: 6 months contract/ Contract to hireJob Description:-With manager of Quality Process performs and documents in accordance with SOPs root cause investigation of routine customer product quality complaints. -With Manager of Quality Process performs documents in accordance with SOPs root cause deviation investigations of non-complex issues.-Produces reports and tables summarizing customer complaints and investigations. Checks own work for accuracy. Assists in analyzing data for trends. - Assist in the collection and summarization of data for annual product reviews or other purposes.- Ensure that both production and the quality lab are ensuring that the facility remains within FDA guidelines.
