We are currently seeking a Presell Service Representative responsible for promoting Community Coffees premium brand position, delivers products, and performs services for existing customers by performing the following functions:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Checks orders for accuracy before loading

Drives vehicle to deliver products, equipment and supplies to customer to achieve financial targets for route profitability

Rotates products (stock)

Collects money from customer

Makes daily bank deposits of funds

Unloads products and equipment from delivery truck

Merchandising products for easy accessibility by the customer (i.e. cutting boxes, grouping like products in cabinets or shelves, etc)

Prints sales or delivery information in handheld; adjusts information as necessary

Assists in proper loading of product into assigned company vehicle

Cleans truck and performs routine maintenance (such as washing, and checking fluids, oil and tire pressure)

Communications (writes notes and instructions) to Pre Sell Representative

Inquires about and/or listens to customer needs, problems, and complaints related to product or equipment

Collects empty containers, out of date, unsold or damaged merchandise from customers

Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have an acceptable driving record.

High School diploma or General Education degree (GED), and one to two years route delivery experience

Valid Drivers License. A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) may be required depending on vehicle assigned. DOT

medical certification required.

Limited or occasional overnight travel.

Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. independently.

Must be able to push/pull up to 776 pounds using a rolling pallet or similar equipment, often up

or down a slight incline or ramp.
