Compensation: $11.40 to $13.20 per hour

OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Data Entry Representative in Shreveport, La. The perfect data entry representative will providing GREAT SERVICE face-to-face and over-the-phone to our dealership, bank, and the public customers. Performing Clerical Duties - Answering the telephone, documenting telephone messages, and filing. Maintain their work area including desk and filing system in a orderly, neat and organized fashion. Have high school diploma or GED. Have great customer service skills. Like to work well with others including co-workers, management, and clientele. Must be team player: Understanding the importance of working as a team within the office. Preferably has general computer knowledge: especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
