Collision Center Director

Major Metro Dealer Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Collision Center Director for our soon to open free standing state of the art Collision Center.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for reputation, efficiency and profitability of shop operations

Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs

Manage and hire technicians

Oversee daily operation of shop, including workflow through body and paint departments

Responsible for controlling costs, building business, maintaining employee relations

Setting and obtaining objectives

Exemplary relationship with the various insurance companies

Qualifications:

Five plus years experience as a Collision Center Manager

Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles

Ability to interpret vendor catalogs

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Valid drivers license and acceptable background check
