Rimkus Consulting Group is currently seeking PE licensed engineers for project based work throughout the US.This is a great part-time or consulting opportunity to work with one of the worlds foremost forensic engineering and consulting firms.

We hire Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical engineers to assist in determining the cause and origin of accidents of all kinds including vehicle accidents, industrial incidents, collapses, fires and explosions. Our forensic engineers are experienced in virtually every engineering discipline, and we supplement their skills with a variety of experts from other fields including fire cause and origin experts, Certified Industrial Hygienists, financial forensic experts and digital forensics experts to name just a few. Duties in these key positions include preparing oral and written reports that document causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended remediation and providing opinions and expert testimony. Other duties include gathering photographic evidence, conducting investigations to document onsite conditions and oversee field-testing.

Requirements include BS degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, a minimum of 10 years experience,and a current PE license. Our Engineers must possess strong communication skills and be able to deliver presentations to clients for the purposes of both litigation support and marketing. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and able to perform inspections in confined spaces.
