The Executive Kitchen Manager isresponsible for assisting with allfunctions of the restaurant, including opening, mid or closing shifts. We are looking for an AssistantKitchen Manager who is going to take personal accountability for their restaurant, Management team, and Staff. Our ideal candidate will concentrate on the effective operation of the kitchen and staff, with regards to food production and service, in conjunction with peer Managers, subordinates and superiors. Our ideal candidate will concentrate on proper execution as well as internal & external guest satisfaction, with fiscal responsibility.Responsibilities:

Experience in a High Volume Scratch Cook Kitchen
Extensive culinary skills
Excellent people management skills used to manage and motivate a diverse employee group onadailybasis with a team effort orientation
Sanitation certification and be able to ensure highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are in use on a daily basis
Ability to train, coach, and develop staff
Must be flexible in work schedule and hours based on operational needs
FOH Management Experience is a plus
Experience in managing to spec recipes and ensuring that the focus is on recipe adherence
Ensuring cleanliness & safety throughout the restaurant
