Branch Manager - Gray, LA

Position Overview:

• This position is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Gray, LA branch.
• This includes management of NOV Wilson personnel, customer owned and peer supplier materials, and customer relations.
• This position will coordinate operations with the customer and NOV Wilson management.
• Resolve issues as they occur; manage internal processes and maximize growth opportunities; hire and train new employees; administer Wilson company policies and safety procedures; and provide positive leadership to all staff members.

 RequirementsPosition Requirements:

• Supply Chain/ Distribution in Oilfield, Energy, Oil and Gas, Utility or similar industry preferred
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Ability to respond to common inquiries and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
• Very strong supervisory skills and experience
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of or ability to learn the Wilson WOLF system
• Ability to use office PC tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or educational equivalent
• 2-4 years Branch Operations or equivalent experience
