TECHNICIAN 1 POSITION
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintains, services, assembles, and tests Thru Tubing Technology downhole tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Follow all company safety rules, regulations and guidelines.
Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
Will be required to deliver tools to customers and pick up supplies upon request.
Will be required to report for 24hr call duty in a timely fashion when scheduled.
Check all new tools and parts for acceptable function ability.
Assist in keeping inventory and rental tools organized and in its proper location.
Properly service rental tools prior to placing back in service. To include Tear Down, Cleaning, Bead Blasting, Inspecting, Redressing and Painting.
Assemble new tools or parts as needed for sales demands.
Package tools properly as required for shipments.
Operate forklift to load/unload tool shipments as required.
Process work orders and shipping documents as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
A high school graduate or equivalent required; prefer minimum 1 year previous experience in the oilfield industry.
Job Requirements
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to use computers and Microsoft software (beginning level).
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record required.
