Sr. Change Management Consultant
Job Responsibilities
This is a consulting role so you can expect to travel up to 80% of the time, to and from client sites nationwide. As a Senior Change Management Consultant you will be responsible for:
Guiding business transformation initiatives from strategy to business model design and organizational performance
Leading transformation engagements with Fortune 1000 companies who are working to fundamentally change their business

Job Requirements
We are looking for an IT Consultant who can demonstrate an intimate understanding of innovations and technology disruptors (eg- social, mobile, cloud and big data) with opinions about their business use and ability to fundamentally transform business models. In addition, to be successful in this consulting role you must be comfortable interacting with C Level Executives.
Additional requirements:
- 15+ years overall experience and at least10 years of experience in a similar role
- MBA preferred
- Experience with Reengineering, Agile, and Lean methodologies
- Experience in business development, developing client relationships and winning new projects
- Experience with vision & strategy development
- Experience with business outcome definition and value chain analysis
- Experience with case for action, value proposition, operating model, transformation roadmap and business case development
- Experience with executive alignment & coaching
- Experience with challenging paradigms; leading and managing change
- Experience with digital/social/mobile business transformation and digital collaboration
- Experience with ecosystem operating models
- Experience with people, process and technology clouds
