AREA SALES MANAGER

$50,000 -$60,000

PLUS OPEN- ENDED COMMISSION!

Continental Carbonic is looking for a top salesperson to develop new dry ice and dry ice blasting business in western Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. This position will have a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 on top of an open-ended commission structure! The average annual commission for sales staff employed for two or more years is $60,000.

Continental Carbonic is a dry ice manufacturing company that has doubled in size over the past six years to 39 locations and over 750 employees covering the eastern half of the United States. Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing a regional sales plan that meets or exceeds stated revenue and profit targets
• Identifying opportunities at new businesses and/or business expansion in assigned region
• Conducting cold calls to acquire new customers
• Building productive and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers
• Meeting regularly with and educating customers and potential customers on Continental Carbonic product offerings, including Dry Ice Blasting equipment.
• Conduct dry ice blasting demonstrations in industrial settings

Job Requirements

• A hunter mentality and the ability to excel at cold calling prospective clients.
• Five years of experience as a top performer in industrial/ B2B sales area
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and/or communications preferred
