Job Description:
Siemens Industry, Inc. is searching for an experienced Field Sales Account Representative to support our Environmental Services group within our Water Technologies Business Unit. The Field Sales Account Representative develops and maintains our Activated Carbon equipment sales and service business in the Eastern Gulf Coast and Southeast United States. The location of the Account Representative can be flexible within the Louisiana/Western Mississippi area, preferably in Baton Rogue, LA, New Orleans, LA, or Lake Charles, LA. The primary responsibility of this position is to directly and indirectly grow all revenue streams in the assigned market vertical in the specified target accounts, while working closely with other Siemens divisions to leverage the Siemens relationships and portfolio. Responsibilities of this position include:

Assists clients with technical solutions to help identify and resolve technical issues
Develops and maintains plans for strategic accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty
Develops, builds and cultivates long-term relationships with key management within customer organization
Performs client presentations, articulating the value proposition of product, solution and service offerings
Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels
Manage the customer relationship as well as relationships with internal business center partners to ensure the effective development and delivery of solutions

The qualifications of the ideal candidate include:

*Bachelors Degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or similar
*At least 2-5 years sales experience in a similar industrial industry within the designated territory
*Valid Drivers License and clean driving record, must meet eligibility requirements to drive company vehicle
*Knowledge of Environmental regulations, municipal and industrial water treatment with a focus on activated carbon is a plus
*Successfully demonstrated experience selling or experience in the Environmental Services product line
*Ability to develop solutions, review design, costing, and installation estimates with the AE, PM, service and aftermarket organizations
*Willingness and availability to travel as needed
